After always having an affinity for pottery but no time to focus on it, 2025 was the year that changed everything.
It was in 2025 that I decided to quit my corporate job and give ‘early retirement’ a go… aka a few months break before starting my exciting new role with PAAM Systems.
Shortly into ‘the best summer of my life’ I rediscovered just how much I loved getting my hands in clay and decided to join my partner Jess at her studio ‘In Bristol’ in Barton Hill for a few months. Being self-taught and a big fan of learning, it didn’t take me long to get into the groove of trying new styles and carving out my own techniques too.
Now, my unique style is a mixture of organic shapes and sculptural pieces, but I’m a big fan of functionality too.
If you come to our house, you’ll leave with pottery, it’s the only way.
